For example, you can use a banana to exfoliate your lips and get rid of the dead skin cells. You only need to pour some honey and sprinkle some sugar on the fruit and rub it against your lips.
Storing your bananas is also vital. Avoid having them lying on their side–this will make them ripen faster. Try to find a spot to hang them in the kitchen and help them stay fresh.
For those hot summer days, I show you how to make sweet and cold banana treats. Add some oat flakes into a bowl, then cut a banana in it and pour some honey on top. Mix everything with your spoon. Then take a round measuring spoon and shape them into little balls. Freeze them right after and enjoy them cold.
Banana peels are also beneficial–you can use them to clean parts of your car, your shoes, or you can incorporate them into your skincare routine.
