For those of you who don’t know what ASMR is. It stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It’s a term used for the sensation people get when they watch “stimulating” videos. It’s a feeling of utter relaxation and what some others describe as “tingles.” Most people like to watch these videos right before bed just to relax and free their minds. Though each person has a personal preference for these kinds of videos. Some people prefer ASMR cooking videos, others like personal attention videos, a few prefer videos with just tapping and no talking, and many more. So today, we wanted to try an experiment with satisfying sounds that come from cooking. We asked our grandma to show us her cooking routine, and we set up microphones all around her to record it. We saw her make pasta dough, knead it, give a beautiful form to her pasta, and then cook it.
