How to Make Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Bites
This is my take on mini chocolate cheesecakes. Chocolate cake for a base, filled with chocolate ganache, topped with a dreamy cream cheese frosting, raspberry sauce and chocolate dipped raspberry!
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1/3 cup sour cream
1 cup raspberries
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons water
1 package cream cheese
3 cups confectioner's sugar
1 stick butter
