No-bake mini chocolate cheesecake bites!!! I was trying to put some order in my baking files, which are now spread across two laptops, two external hard drives and many memory cards, when I happened upon the peanut butter cups I made a while back. Meanwhile I had just bought all this cream cheese for a cheesecake recipe I wanted to experiment with. Did I mentions that I HATE organizing computer files? Clearly I needed to indulge in a little procrastination instead of finishing my filing tasks and whip up a treat for the long weekend.
Ingredients:
4 cups dark chocolate chips
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
