Back when I was in high school I thought I had an invincible metabolism. I would have a whole wheel of brie and a baguette for lunch and top it off with some pasta. Oh boy, those days are over! But on a special occasion, like having a few friends over for a drink, I'm still happy to indulge. These little brie bites are a total snap to make. I used frozen puff pastry for this recipe but you can easily substitute that for some filo cups! The combination of brie and cherry jam is a favorite of mine but there are so many great combinations. I'd love to hear your favorite!
