طريقة عمل شوربة المشروم (الفطر) الكريمية / Cream of Mushroom Soup

المكونات:
٢ ملعقة كبيرة زيت زيتون ٢
ملعقة كبيرة زبدة
٥٠٠ جرام ماشروم (فطر)
نصف كوب بصل مقطع
٢ فص ثوم مفروم
توابل والاعشاب حسب الرغبة أنا استخدمت ( زعتر مجفف- بقدونس مجفف- ورق الغار)
٢ كوب شوربة(مرق) دجاج أو خضار
ربع ل نصف كوب كريمة طبخ
ملح وفلفل حسب الرغبة
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
500 gr of mushrooms
1/2 cup minced onions
2 cloves garlic
Spices and dried herbs of your choice, I used ( dried thyme- dried parsly- and bay leaf)
2 cups chicken stock or vegetable stock
1/2 cup of heavy cream
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
