189 Ukranian soldiers and 150 Russian soldiers were returned to their countries in a prisoner of war exchange brokered by the United Arab Emirates. The released include Ukranian prisoners of war captured in Mariupol, held since since May 2022, as well as two civilians, surgeons, and members of the national guard.
