Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan blasted Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu over his plans to expand settlements in the Golan Heights, claiming that the Israeli government was pursuing a policy of further occupying and annexing the disputed area at Syria's southwestern edge.
